The Gillman Automotive Group is seeking a Social & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts across 10 automotive dealerships. This role assists with social media, digital campaigns, website content, email marketing, and special events.

Gillman is a family-owned automotive group based in Houston, TX, serving Texas since 1938. We’ve been named one of the Houston Chronicle’s Top 100 Workplaces for 13 consecutive years.

Responsibilities include:

• Create, manage, and execute social media marketing plans
• Develop content for social, web, and email campaigns
• Coordinate sponsorships and special events
• Update and maintain website content
• Design and deploy email marketing campaigns
• Produce marketing collateral as needed
• Assist with budgets, co-op submissions, and other marketing projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing
• Working knowledge of Hootsuite and Canva (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
