Our Marketing and Communications Office is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to coordinate and support the administrative and operational components of assigned programs or functional areas. This person will support leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring alignment, continuity, and timely execution of program-related activities. The focus of this role is to organize the department. You will be arranging high-level meetings, tracking key projects, and supporting our marketing, public affairs, and communications professionals. You will need to be energetic, reliable, and discreet with internal details. You may assist with booking travel, and you will definitely be managing several challenging calendars. You will be working in and around our highest leadership, so professional dress and communication are a must.

Position Key Accountabilities:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
Minimum Experience:
4 years of experience in complex administrative or program support roles required. May substitute required experience with equivalent years of education beyond the minimum education requirement.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
Security Sensitive:
This position is a security-sensitive position pursuant to Texas Education Code §51.215 and Texas Government Code §411.094.
