Position: Leasing Consultant (Sales & Marketing Focus)
Location: University Green Apartments (Clear Lake/ Bay Area Houston)
Schedule: Full-Time | Saturdays Required
Pay: $17 - $20 / hour leasing commissions

Lease apartment homes and achieve property goals
Convert tours → applications → leases
Conduct engaging apartment tours and follow up to close the sale
Execute outreach marketing (local businesses, events, partnerships)
Lead social media presence across platforms to attract and convert prospects
Leverage AI and digital tools to maximize efficiency and conversion
