Job Summary
Monarch Sky is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to drive the day-to-day execution of our foundational marketing. You are the central collaborator between Monarch Sky leadership and a centralized marketing team that handles messaging, content, brand, design, and web. You will aide in determining what needs to be communicated, gather the details to produce it, coordinate the work across the team and outside vendors, and ensure project deadlines are met.
The right person can juggle many moving parts, sequence projects with multiple dependent deadlines, and make it all come together without dropping a detail.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
• Own the marketing calendar across email, digital, social, web, and events, keeping timelines current and everyone accountable to them
• Help plan and coordinate campaigns across every channel, translating leadership's goals into clear requests for the marketing team
• Coordinate content and design for blogs, email, social, web, and events, gathering the inputs creators need and helping draft or proof as required
• Manage internal approvals, keeping materials moving through the right stakeholders and finalized on time
• Coordinate all events and print projects, including vendor management, budget tracking, and onsite event support
• Keep a pulse on social, email, and digital trends, and partner with the centralized marketing team on strategy, reporting, and recommendations
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of marketing or equivalent marketing experience
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with a track record of managing multiple deadlines at once
• Strong communication skills, comfortable talking to leadership, and turning what you hear into clear direction for others
• Insurance or financial services experience and familiarity with email, social, and design platforms are a plus
