About This Role

Sound like you? We’re in search of a talented Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. This position is based out of Houston, TX to support 20 gym locations that are currently open or coming soon in Houston & San Antonio! The Field Marketing Manager plays a critical role in upholding brand standards and successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across all EōS Fitness locations in the applicable region. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing, local field and in-gym teams, serving as a key liaison for the marketing team from the field. The primary objectives are to drive marketing initiatives, maintain brand integrity and standards, increase brand awareness, build relationships and foster community engagement and support our social team in capturing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with local businesses and community organizations to foster partnerships, enhance brand visibility and educate on our Flex Deals Partnership Program.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute local-level marketing campaigns, promotions and key initiatives across all EōS Fitness locations in the applicable region(s).
• Ensure that all necessary materials, such as signage, printing collateral and digital marketing materials, are prepared, distributed and displayed promptly and correctly.
• Act as a local marketing resource for presales, new locations, ongoing member communications, events, initiatives and low-level crisis issues, including regular cadence of gym visits.
• Serve as a liaison between local in-gym teams, creative departments and marketing, assisting in fulfilling marketing requests and providing marketing support.
• Provide local support to the social media team in capturing event and partnership content.
• Provide boots on the ground brand support for new locations in construction and marketing support for presales.
• Conduct local market research to gather feedback from customers and prospects. This includes seeking insights and suggestions for improvement, identifying emerging trends and assessing the competition.
• Share results and insights from local marketing campaigns to assess their effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for continuous optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years marketing-related work experience.
• Experience in the fitness industry and/or a strong interest in health and fitness.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while following direction as needed, and can manage projects from inception to completion, providing updates to upper management.
• Experience regularly working and interacting with multiple Team Members, upper management, vendors and partners in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to capture engaging video and static content to be repurposed for social media.
• Great sense of humor, upbeat attitude and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Location & Work Environment

• Location: Houston, TX (supporting 20 gym locations across Houston & San Antonio, open and coming soon)
• Schedule: Field-based role, with regular travel to gym locations for brand execution and support.
• Occasional travel will be needed for team connection and key business initiatives.
