Inventory Marketing & Logistics Manager.

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of the presentation, marketing readiness, and logistics of an inventory of 300 vehicles.
Automotive experience is NOT required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, organization, and the desire to grow.
The Inventory Marketing & Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day readiness and presentation of our vehicle inventory, ensuring every unit is properly prepared, marketed, and presented to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and maintain the organization and presentation of 300 inventory units
Ensure every vehicle is properly merchandised and marketed
Verify that vehicle information, features, options, and equipment are presented correctly
Inspect vehicles to ensure major features and equipment are functioning properly
Ensure inventory is clean, organized, professionally presented, and ready for customers
Coordinate the movement and placement of vehicles throughout the dealership
Identify vehicles that are not retail-ready and coordinate with the appropriate departments to resolve issues
Work closely with Sales, Service, Detail, and Management to maintain inventory standards
Help ensure newly arriving inventory moves through the preparation and merchandising process quickly
Maintain accountability for inventory condition, location, presentation, and readiness
Continuously look for ways to improve our inventory process and customer experience
You do not need previous dealership or automotive experience to be successful in this position.
