In addition to managing this anchor account, you may oversee a portfolio of clients across chemicals, energy, manufacturing, industrial services and professional services — all receiving the same high standard of service and strategic thinking. As a key leader on the team, you will ensure seamless collaboration across agency disciplines, and play a pivotal role in shaping both client growth and agency success. This role will also mentor account managers and junior staff, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.

Client Leadership & Strategic Consulting
Serve as the client lead for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic alignment with business goals.
Build and deepen relationships with client executives and technical stakeholders across business units.
Lead strategy for annual planning, quarterly/monthly business reviews, metrics and performance discussions, ensuring alignment on priorities and KPIs.
Drive organic account growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic recommendations.
Strategy & Campaign Oversight
Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies across branding, digital, paid media, and content designed to achieve measurable ROI.
Direct multi-channel campaigns that span demand generation, thought leadership, digital engagement, and lead conversion.
Translate technical and complex subject matter into compelling, audience-focused strategies that engage niche B2B segments.
Regularly review campaign performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and deliver actionable insights to executives.
Team Collaboration & Project Management
Mentor account managers, supervisors, and junior staff, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.
Work cross-functionally with agency strategy, creative, and media teams to deliver fully integrated programs.
Ensure strong financial stewardship of scopes, budgets, and forecasts while maintaining profitability and transparency.
Represent the agency in client presentations and strategy discussions, driving collaborative and solution-oriented conversations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
7-15 years of experience in client-facing B2B marketing or advertising roles, with at least 5 years in an agency setting.
Proven ability to manage and grow B2B accounts in sectors such as chemicals, energy, manufacturing, industrial services and professional services.
Expertise in integrated marketing strategy, content-driven campaigns, and performance-based digital media.
Strong track record of driving client growth, retention, and measurable marketing outcomes.
Leadership presence with experience managing and inspiring cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including paid social, SEO/SEM, paid media, and marketing automation.
Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage large accounts with accuracy and accountability.
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative skills when engaging with senior client stakeholders.
