Position Summary/Objective
The Inbound Marketing Specialist is responsible for producing and refining content in alignment with Frazer’s documented Sales & Marketing Strategy to attract and convert qualified leads. This role focuses on blog content, SEO, website engagement, and email marketing campaigns that support sales goals and enhance customer acquisition efforts.
The ideal candidate excels at executing defined content strategies, creating helpful and educational material based on established goals, and using data to fine-tune campaigns in line with existing performance standards.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused position designed for a marketing professional who enjoys working within a defined strategy to produce, measure, and refine high-quality inbound marketing content. Success in this role comes from following proven processes, maintaining accuracy and consistency, and collaborating with the team to support established marketing campaigns.
This position is expected to actively live out Frazer Core Values while working with Frazer employees, vendors, and customers to help achieve team, department, and corporate goals. Essential Functions:
Contributes to blog content development by following inbound marketing best practices and the They Ask, You Answer methodology, using pre-established content calendars, templates, and editorial guidelines provided by the Marketing Manager.
Assists in researching SEO keywords and incorporating them into assigned website and blog content.
Completes targeted email marketing campaigns according to predefined calendars and workflows, with oversight to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing goals..
Creates persona-specific content and campaigns that align with established key decision-making stages, ensuring relevance and engagement across all touchpoints.
Maintains and updates the company website through WordPress, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and engagement.
Creates new website pages based on approved layouts, templates, and design standards, ensuring brand consistency and usability.
Repurposes existing content across multiple channels to extend its lifecycle and reinforce campaign messaging.
Assists with developing and managing website forms that capture lead data and route submissions to the appropriate internal teams.
Uses Google Analytics and other tools to collect data on content performance, supporting team efforts to evaluate inbound effectiveness and conversion metrics.
Assists with guiding future strategies by sharing reports on inbound KPIs such as traffic sources, lead-to-customer conversion rates, and content performance with the Marketing Team.
Collaborates with the Marketing Manager to support company-wide sales & marketing campaigns.
Creates landing pages and content offers (e.g., guides, whitepapers) to support lead nurturing strategies.
Assists with the monthly newsletter, including content planning, copywriting, and layout within email tools.
Supports the execution of marketing automation strategies and lead capture workflows.
Coordinates with the Social Media Specialist and other team members to align inbound content with ongoing digital campaigns.
Applies current SEO and digital marketing best practices to assist in continuous improvement within Frazer’s existing strategic framework.
Assists in creating lead nurturing workflows that support the customer journey through automated email sequences and triggered content delivery.
Monitors and tests website and landing page performance to improve conversion rates, applying CRO best practices such as A/B testing and layout optimization.
Secondary Duties:
Provides blog support to the Content Team and Social Media Specialist as needed.
Maintains a content repurposing calendar and collaborates with Media and Social teams on cross-format content use.
Updates legacy website pages and blog posts for improved clarity, formatting, and SEO performance.
Supports the Marketing Manager in maintaining the CRM system’s marketing-related components.
Assists with internal content distribution and knowledge sharing among team members.
Occasionally assists with event follow-up campaigns and promotional content for trade shows.
Assists with graphic design needs for brochures, print material, and other media, ensuring alignment with branding standards and campaign objectives.
