Mustang Cat is Hiring: Used Equipment Marketing Coordinator – Houston, TX

We’re looking for a Used Equipment Marketing Coordinator to help showcase our fleet, support our sales teams, and keep our customers informed across multiple platforms. 🌟 What You’ll Do
- Create and upload inspections to CAT and third-party online platforms (CAT, Machinery Trader, Ritchie Bros).
- Take high-quality photos of equipment and ensure accurate, up-to-date online listings.
- Stage, organize, and identify sale-ready units in coordination with other divisions.
- Communicate with customers seeking information on posted equipment.
- Create sales reports for managers to track performance and analyze data.
- Keep Sales Representatives and Supervisors informed of any issues during the sales process.
- Provide recommendations to improve internal processes while demonstrating outstanding customer service.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- College degree in Business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3 years of related work experience preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with customers, sales reps, and management.
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in database systems.
- Professional phone etiquette with experience on a multi-line phone system.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer service mindset with urgency, empathy, and professionalism.
- Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
