Objectives of this Role
Working with the various business units identify target audiences, and develop marketing materials with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Implements the company's overall creative content marketing strategy based on specific goals and objectives
Analyze competitive markets for best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and develop key insights for future campaign development.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Analyze and update web sites working with our third-party internet hosting company as required
Review and update key marketing material and update as required. This will involve product brochure development, press releases, web site content updates etc.
Gather customer and market insights from various sources to optimize the approach used internally to increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Manage content and updates for customer participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing sales support as required
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and recommend changes accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with eye for creativity
Experience developing marketing plans and campaigns including brochures
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
Willingness and ability to travel
