The Heritage at Eldridge Parkway is Houston's premier memory care community, exclusively serving individuals living with Alzheimer's and dementia. We are not a large, impersonal facility and we are a close-knit team of caregivers, professionals, and advocates who treat every resident like family and every family like a partner.
Families come to us during one of the most difficult decisions of their lives. Our Director of Sales and Marketing is often the first person they meet. That first impression matters and so does the person who makes it.
The Role
This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership position for a sales professional who thrives in the community as much as in the office. You will own the sales and marketing strategy for the community, build and nurture relationships with professional referral sources - physicians, hospital social workers, senior advisors, and community partners - and personally guide families from their very first inquiry all the way through move-in.
Expect to spend roughly half your time out in the Houston community, making connections, attending events, and building the kind of referral network that sustains long-term growth. The other half, you will be at the heart of community life - collaborating with a team that genuinely cares about getting it right.
