Mustang Cat is seeking a motivated Marketing Inside Sales Representative to join our Houston team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in sales, marketing, business development, or customer success.

In this role, you'll engage with prospective customers, identify business opportunities, qualify sales leads, and connect customers with the right Mustang sales professionals.

You'll gain valuable experience using CRM systems, generating and qualifying leads, engaging with customers, and developing professional communication skills—all while building a strong foundation for future career growth.

What You'll Do

• Contact prospective customers through phone, email, website inquiries, live chat, and social media
• Build relationships and identify customer equipment and service needs
• Qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Educate customers on Mustang's equipment, rental, parts, and service solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and lead activity within the CRM system
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Outside Sales Representative
• Partner closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives
• Deliver a professional, responsive customer experience throughout every interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Knowledge of construction equipment, machinery, or rental equipment is helpful but not required
