Description
Berg Hospitality Group is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives across its portfolio of restaurant and hospitality concepts.
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role will support the department’s strategic priorities and lead the day-to-day execution of campaigns, projects, and events. The ideal candidate is a proactive project manager who can balance multiple priorities and move projects efficiently from concept through execution.
Responsibilities
- Uphold brand standards across multiple restaurant concepts and locations
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and departmental deadlines
- Coordinate the development of menus, signage, advertisements, email graphics, and promotional materials
- Manage creative work orders, coordinate edits and ensure materials are produced and delivered on time
- Execute promotional campaigns and local-store marketing initiatives
- Support menu launches, seasonal promotions and the development of new programs and guest experiences
- Maintain website content, digital listings and other guest-facing platforms
- Coordinate email campaigns from content development through final execution
- Compile performance reports and identify opportunities to increase traffic, awareness, and sales
- Serve as the marketing liaison for property partners and other external organizations
- Identify and execute cross-promotional opportunities that increase restaurant visibility
- Lead marketing logistics for restaurant events, ticketed experiences and promotional activations
- Develop event budgets and coordinate setup, décor, menus, signage, vendors and promotional materials
- Coordinate participation in off-site events, festivals and community activations
- Prepare post-event recaps tracking attendance, engagement, expenses and results
- Collaborate with social media, graphic design, and public relations team members to execute integrated marketing initiatives
- Provide marketing support to Operations, Culinary, restaurant leadership, and other internal departments
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, hospitality or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing, communications or project-management experience
- Restaurant, hospitality or multi-location marketing experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Working knowledge of digital, email, social media and local-store marketing
- Experience managing websites and digital business listings preferred
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Balance of creative and analytical thinking, with an interest in using results to guide future efforts
- Ability to attend restaurant and off-site events outside standard business hours as needed
