This role coordinates and manages a wide range of design, marketing, communications, branding, and event initiatives, collaborating with university departments, external vendors, and community partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with institutional goals. Responsibilities include overseeing project workflows, creative requests, branding compliance, website updates, promotional materials, licensing activities, vendor relations, and print and digital communications. The position also supports event planning and execution, including speaker logistics, procurement processing, educational credit management (CME, CE, and RME), and coordination of Psychiatry Academy and Grand Rounds programs. Additionally, the role supports community outreach efforts, manages shared resources and platforms, provides user training, and performs other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

Certification/Skills:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or other related occupational field required
Minimum Experience:
2 years of experience in branding, marketing, writing, communication arts, and/or graphic design required Experience with implementing and/or promoting institutional or corporate brand standards and brand/identity systems management and engagement programs preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Macintosh OSX
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
