The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving growth and engagement across Primary Arms’ affiliate, ambassador, and creator partnerships. This role ensures Primary Arms remains a leader in the 2A space by leveraging an expanding creator economy, modern affiliate platforms, and omni-channel partnerships. In 2025, the role focuses not just on traditional affiliates, but also on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, newsletters, and other emerging content platforms. By cultivating strong relationships with creators, industry partners, and affiliate networks, the Affiliate Marketing Coordinator ensures alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and performance targets. The role is full-time, with standard hours and occasional travel to industry events, trade shows, and range days. Some evening and weekend work may be required. Responsibilities and Duties
Pillar 1: Content & Creative
Support the Creative & Content Lead by providing affiliates with branded assets, video scripts, and optimized content across all channels.
Coordinate content needs with the Creative and Editorial teams to ensure brand consistency.
Contribute to blogs, short-form video concepts, range demos, and creator-ready content packages.
Pillar 2: Digital Marketing & Partnerships
Report into the Digital Marketing & Partnerships Lead.
Develop and execute affiliate and creator strategies that drive measurable ROI, awareness, and new customer acquisition.
Recruit, onboard, and support affiliates across multiple platforms.
Manage program structures, commission models, incentives, and seasonal campaigns.
Track and analyze affiliate/creator performance using AvantLink, GA4, and AI-driven tools.
Provide KPI reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Implement A/B testing, attribution tracking, and data-driven optimizations.
Monitor competitor affiliate strategies and identify opportunities to stay ahead of industry shifts.
Serve as the primary contact for affiliates, influencers, and partners, hosting check-ins, webinars, and training sessions.
Pillar 3: Brand Communications
Collaborate with the Events & Communications Specialist to ensure affiliate initiatives are integrated into event activations, trade shows, and brand ambassador programs.
Communicate promotions, launches, and compliance updates to affiliates in alignment with brand-wide communications.
Ensure affiliate and creator content adheres to compliance, safety, and brand guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnership marketing (firearms/outdoor industry required).
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with firearms industry trends and compliance restrictions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AvantLink, GA4, affiliate dashboards, CRM systems, and AI-driven marketing tools.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic Acumen: Ability to analyze data, forecast performance, and drive measurable outcomes.
Creative & Adaptive: Comfortable working with creators across varied platforms (YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, newsletters).
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Other: Travel required for trade shows, range events, and partner meetings.
