We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Integrated Communications Lead to join our Strategic Communications team. In this role, you will support our business lines – Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions. You will be the primary producer of content for our internal and external digital channels. In addition, you will serve a fundamental role in our corporate communications department. As a corporate storyteller, you will generate ideas, write compelling stories, create engaging content, manage reviews, and continuously innovate to amplify our message across various channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and produce high-quality content for internal and external digital channels, in coordination with creative teams.
• Craft compelling narratives that showcase the impact of our strategic business priorities.
• Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, stakeholders, and organizations to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
• Oversee the review process to ensure content accuracy and alignment with strategic goals and business priorities.
• Formulate clear plans that address the purpose and target audience of each communication effort.
• Demonstrate measurable changes in audience perception and engagement through content initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in content creation and digital communications, writing for owned channels.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills.
• Ability to grasp complex subject matter and distill into plain speak.
• Able to manage multiple projects and reviews simultaneously.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
• Analytical skills to measure content impact and effectiveness.
