We are currently searching for a Client Database and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the firm’s client relationship database and partnering with the office systems team to ensure accurate and current client information. The selected candidate will exhibit strong skills in data accuracy, communication, and cross-functional teamwork. This is an on-site daily role, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Business Development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with the office systems team to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the firm’s client database, ensuring all client and contact information is current to support business development and relationship management efforts.
- Design and implement efficient client data management processes, including routine updates, segmentation strategies, and reporting mechanisms, to strengthen client engagement and improve retention.
- Leverage data analytics to generate meaningful insights, delivering reports on client activity, marketing campaign effectiveness, and opportunities for growth.
Marketing Strategy and Brand Management:
- Execute marketing strategies that align with the firm’s brand and overall firm objectives.
- Contribute to the reporting and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, print, and events—to enhance brand visibility and messaging impact.
- Coordinate with clients to manage the firm’s sponsorships and event involvement, ensuring a strategic and relationship-focused approach to client engagement.
- Uphold brand consistency across all communications, reinforcing a unified “one firm” identity throughout the Austin, Dallas, and Houston offices.
- Event Coordination:
- Support client event preparation and execution as needed to ensure events reflect the firm’s brand.
Client Engagement:
- Use client data reporting insights to develop targeted client communication to strengthen relationships in accordance with business development goals.
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing and Business Development to address client-related communication challenges transparently, aligning with the firm’s direct communication approach.
Budget and Analytics:
- Track and report on ROI for marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, digital content dashboards, and social media analytics.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead by example by demonstrating respectful, solution-focused communication.
- Collaborate with departments across the firm to ensure client data is consistently accurate, up to date, and maintained in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in client data management and marketing.
- Proven success in managing client data systems and supporting marketing campaigns, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
