Position Summary
The Executive Vice President, Marketing is the senior marketing leader responsible for developing and executing US Med-Equip's enterprise marketing, communications, brand, sales enablement, and commercial training strategies. The VP partners with Sales, Strategic Accounts, Segment General Managers, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to strengthen market awareness, accelerate demand generation, improve commercial effectiveness, and support profitable growth. The role is accountable for ensuring USME's value proposition is consistently communicated while equipping employees and customers with the tools, messaging, and training required to deliver a world-class customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute the enterprise marketing strategy aligned with commercial growth objectives.
Lead brand management, communications, advertising, digital marketing, public relations, conferences, and thought leadership.
Develop downstream marketing campaigns that increase awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
Partner with Segment General Managers to create segment positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market content.
Lead sales enablement through collateral, competitive intelligence, playbooks, presentations, and proposal support.
Own enterprise commercial training including onboarding, clinical education, sales training, coaching resources, product education, leadership development support, and future customer education programs.
Lead Voice of Customer (VOC), market research, and competitive intelligence initiatives.
Partner with the EVP, Enterprise Sales and Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts to improve contract activation, account penetration, and campaign effectiveness.
Measure marketing ROI, campaign performance, training effectiveness, and commercial adoption through analytics.
Build and develop a high-performing marketing and training organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required; MBA preferred.
10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in healthcare, medical equipment, distribution, or B2B commercial organizations.
Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing, communications, and sales enablement.
Experience overseeing commercial training or learning programs preferred.
Strong executive communication, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to partner across commercial and operational functions.

This is a Senior Leadership role responsible for building an integrated marketing and commercial enablement function that strengthens USME's brand, accelerates commercial performance, develops employee capabilities, and supports long-term enterprise value creation. The position combines traditional downstream marketing with enterprise communications, sales enablement, and commercial training into one unified capability.
