Introduction
Bigge Crane and Rigging has been elevating America since 1916. With over 1,800 cranes and a coast-to-coast presence, we buy, sell, rent, operate, and maintain one of the largest, most advanced crane fleets in the country. We’ve played a role in building some of America’s most iconic landmarks and earned a reputation for doing it right—with performance, precision, and accountability.
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is the execution engine of the marketing team. This role takes over the hands-on production and listing-health work that the Marketing Intelligence Lead currently carries, freeing the Marketing Intelligence Lead to focus on performance, analytics, and strategy. The Coordinator keeps Bigge's listings accurate and well-photographed across every platform, acts on the results of the team's daily and weekly AI-enabled audits, produces email and design work, captures crane photography in the field, and keeps Bigge's photo system and media library clean and organized.
The Marketing Intelligence Lead manages this role. Much of the work is guided by AI-enabled audits and tools; the Coordinator is the person who takes action on what those surface and keeps quality high.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing health across all platforms
- Own the accuracy and quality of Bigge's equipment listings across Crane Trader, Crane Network, Bigge.com, and other platforms
- Take action on the results of the daily and weekly AI-enabled audits: fix stale, missing, duplicate, or inaccurate listings so listing health stays perfect
- Keep listing data (specs, availability, pricing, photos) current and consistent across every channel
Photo system hygiene and media library
- Maintain the health and cleanliness of the photo system: make sure every machine's marketing images live in the proper system of record (WorkPro), correctly filed and up to date
- Keep new and updated photos flowing into WorkPro so the system stays complete over time
- Organize Bigge's historical photo archive and media library so assets are findable and correctly filed (an ongoing, long-horizon effort)
- The bulk migration of existing images into WorkPro is expected to be handled largely with AI; the Coordinator owns keeping the system clean once populated and closing any gaps AI cannot
Crane photography and field capture
- Own photo quality across listings; swap out stock and low-quality images for strong, real photos
- Take field photos of cranes on site
- Pursue a drone license to expand capture options; plan monthly field-photo trips with the Director of Marketing
Email blast production and quality control
- Use the team's AI blast-building skill (in development with the AI department) to generate email blasts
- Test every generated blast and run full quality control before it goes to stakeholders
- QC means rendering checks across all major clients and devices: Gmail, Outlook on Mac and PC, and others, confirming everything renders properly before send
- Build and produce blasts, templates, and the newsletter as production transitions from the Marketing Lead
Graphic design
- Produce graphic design and image work using AI tools and Adobe Photoshop
- Create branded assets, event materials, and campaign graphics
Website copy production
- Produce and update website copy as production transitions from the Marketing Lead
Customer inspection signs
- Create, schedule, and manage customer inspection signs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control instincts
- Adobe Photoshop and comfort with AI design and image tools
- Photography skills; willingness to travel for field capture and to earn a drone license
- Comfortable working from data and audit results and acting on them
- Organized and methodical; able to keep a large media system clean and maintain a long-horizon archive without losing the thread
- Clear written communication for web and email copy
- Eagerness to learn; this role is trained and mentored by the Marketing Lead
Preferred Skills:
- HTML/CSS knowledge for email and website updates
Show Us What You Can Build:
- Bring examples of how you’d use AI for this role. Whether it's an email campaign, graphic, or another creative project, be ready to walk us through your process and explain the impact it made. Make sure it is on brand for Bigge.
